More Eating, Less Calories


Well, it's much later than I planned on posting this, but considering I just had a late night snack I figured it was only appropriate that I post this now.  Snacking consists of some of the easiest and hardest decisions we make every day.  The easiest decision being to actually eat something.  The hardest being what to actually eat.  Do we want junk? Do we want something healthy? Do I seriously have to go food shopping because I want to eat but all I have is dry cereal and some saltines?  For those of you that enjoy cooking and snakcking and have some time to spare, here are couple of healthy yet delicious snack ideas I've tried (of course nothing beats the tiramisu & mascarpone gelato I just bought yesterday).
